This Privacy Policy explains how ArmaTune Inc. (“ArmaTune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our Service. ArmaTune is headquartered in Delaware and operates globally. Our contact email is info@arma-tune.com. Using ArmaTune involves the processing that is necessary to operate the Service, as described in this policy. Optional processing — such as analytics or advertising measurement — is governed separately by your consent choices (see “Your Consent Choices” below) and never follows from mere use of the Service.

Information We Collect

OAuth Tokens

We collect and store OAuth access tokens for the third-party accounts (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) that you connect to ArmaTune. These tokens allow us to post content and fetch analytics on your behalf. We do not collect or store any user API keys or passwords for these services.

YouTube API Services

ArmaTune uses YouTube API Services to upload content to and retrieve analytics from the YouTube channels you connect. For monetized channels, this analytics data may include estimated revenue reported by YouTube Analytics (including per-country revenue). Revenue data is accessed read-only, only for channels you explicitly connect, and is used solely to compute the connected channel’s per-market RPM and the Catalogue Engine revenue estimates for your own catalogue, shown only to you; it is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. By using these features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. In addition to disconnecting channels inside ArmaTune, you can revoke ArmaTune’s access to your YouTube data at any time via Google’s security settings page. Stored YouTube data and OAuth tokens are deleted within 30 days of revocation or account deletion.

Account Information

We collect the information you provide to create your ArmaTune account (such as your name, email, billing address, and payment details). We rely on third-party payment processors, so actual credit card data is handled by our merchant providers; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage Data and Analytics

We may collect usage metrics related to your use of the Service (such as login dates or system logs) to help improve the Service. We also retrieve performance analytics from your connected accounts. These analytics may include counts of views, likes, comments, shares, watch time or average view duration (if provided by the platform), audience reach/demographics (if available), and, for monetized YouTube channels, estimated revenue (including per-country revenue). This information is fetched only with your permission via OAuth. Revenue data is used solely for the revenue estimates described above; the other analytics are used to provide you with insights into your content’s performance.

Google Drive Files

If you connect Google Drive, ArmaTune can only access the individual files you explicitly choose in Google’s file picker (the OAuth drive.file scope). We cannot browse, list, or search the rest of your Drive. Picked files are accessed only to perform the action you request (importing media into a post or workflow), are not scanned or shared, and are not retained beyond the imported media. Google Drive data is never used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

ArmaTune stores and accesses information on your device — including by placing, reading, or recognizing cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies — to operate the Service. Specifically, we use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies and tokens: We store a secure, httpOnly session cookie (and, as a fallback, an access token in your browser’s local storage) to keep you signed in and to authenticate your requests. The Service cannot function without these.
  • Preference and session storage: We keep interface preferences and in-progress work (such as your theme choice and unsaved workflow state) in your browser’s local storage so your experience persists between visits on the same device.
  • Optional analytics storage: If you enable product analytics or advertising measurement, we use browser storage to remember a consent-scoped analytics session and the first campaign parameters that brought you to ArmaTune. This storage expires automatically and is removed when you withdraw advertising-measurement consent. Google analytics tags may also set analytics cookies while product analytics is enabled.
  • Third-party technologies: Some providers we rely on — such as our authentication, payment, and infrastructure partners — may set their own cookies or use similar technologies on your device when you interact with those parts of the Service. Their use is governed by their own privacy policies.

Google tags may use advertising cookies when you enable advertising measurement. You can control or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies or tokens will prevent you from signing in and using the Service.

Your Consent Choices

Beyond the strictly necessary storage described above, any optional processing — product analytics, personalized offers, advertising measurement, or advertising personalization — is off by default and happens only if you explicitly turn it on. When enabled, our first-party analytics records page and funnel events with device type and browser. Advertising measurement separately records first-touch campaign parameters. With product analytics enabled, Google Tag Manager loads from Google and may run analytics tags that receive a sanitized page path and limited funnel details such as the event name, plan, billing interval, interface placement, registration method, and walkthrough step. We do not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, payment-session identifiers, or URL query strings in these browser analytics events. Google analytics storage is denied until you enable product analytics. With Google Tag Manager enabled, advertising storage and advertising user data are granted only when you enable advertising measurement; ad personalization is granted only when you enable advertising personalization. Each category stays disabled unless you enable its matching choice.

If you separately enable advertising measurement and we activate our Google Ads conversion integration, we may send a stored Google ad-click identifier, an opaque conversion identifier, the confirmed conversion time, and the authoritative value and currency of a trial or first payment. These conversions come from verified payment-provider events, not from clicks or browser redirects. Advertising personalization remains a separate choice and is reported as denied unless you explicitly enable it.

You can make or change these choices at any time through the consent banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the page footer (and, when signed in, in your account settings). When you record a choice, we store it in your browser and keep a consent receipt on our servers — the choices you made, when, and under which version of this policy — so we can honour and prove your preferences. Declining or withdrawing optional processing never limits your access to the Service, published prices, signup, or billing. Accepting the Terms of Service at signup does not grant any optional processing consent.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Service: We use your account information and OAuth tokens to run ArmaTune, post content for you, and deliver analytics results.
  • Improve and personalize the Service: We analyze usage data and analytics to understand trends, improve features, and ensure the Service works smoothly.
  • Billing and transactions: We process payments, send invoices, and handle refunds as needed. This includes retaining billing records as required for tax reporting and accounting.
  • Communications: We send you transactional or account-related emails (e.g. subscription confirmations, updates to our policies, support replies). These are necessary for performance of our contract with you.
  • Legal compliance and safety: We use information to comply with legal requirements and protect against fraud or abuse. For example, we may use your data for fraud prevention, tax reporting, financial auditing, or to comply with binding law enforcement requests. These are considered “legal obligations” under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only as described below or with your consent.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. In particular:

  • Upon account deletion or token revocation, we will delete your personal data and OAuth tokens within 30 days.
  • Backed-up or archived data may be retained for up to 90 days solely for recovery or continuity purposes.
  • Certain information (such as billing records or audit logs) may be kept longer if required by law (e.g. tax or accounting laws).
  • Consent records: your current consent choice is kept for as long as it remains in effect; superseded consent receipts (the history of earlier choices) are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. All consent records tied to your account are deleted with the account.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party vendors (such as hosting providers, email services, and analytics providers) to operate the Service. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their functions and are bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information if required by law or legal process. This includes disclosures to comply with obligations such as fraud prevention, tax reporting, financial auditing, or responding to law enforcement requests.
  • Aggregate or Anonymous Data: We may share aggregated, non-identifiable data (e.g. statistics about usage) publicly or with partners for research or promotional purposes. This does not include personal data.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. This includes encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Compliance

ArmaTune is committed to complying with global privacy laws. We process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations such as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable privacy laws. For users in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to lawfully transfer data internationally. We comply with international data protection laws including the GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data (such as the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing). Children’s Privacy

ArmaTune is not directed to users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or laws change. When we make significant changes, we will notify you (for example, by posting a notice on our site or sending an email) and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of ArmaTune after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
