Product guide

Build a YouTube mix from music you already own

ArmaTune can combine existing videos or assemble audio tracks with a visual source, then pass the resulting video into a publishing workflow. Choose the material and running order before rendering and uploading.

Input → workflow → outputs

Example setup: select several tracks from your own catalogue that suit one listening theme. Use their music videos for a Video Mix, or use the audio files with one image or video as the visual source for Audio Compilation.

Workflow: source selection → mix configuration → rendering and any requested lyric review → upload settings → YouTube publishing.

Output: a rendered video assembled from your selected assets, and a publishing result if you include and run the YouTube upload step. This is an example configuration, not a forecast of revenue.

Load the Video Mix template, select two demo videos, and review the MP4 output settings and filename. The canvas shows how source selection, mixing, metadata and YouTube upload fit together.

Choose the right mix workflow

Video Mix: select at least two video files and review their order. This path combines existing video assets; it does not invent replacement footage.

Audio Compilation: select one or more audio tracks and exactly one image or video visual source. Review the track order and the available rendering settings. If you enable lyrics, confirm the text and review the requested lyric output before publishing.

In Advanced Mode, use Build a Flow to connect the appropriate source-selection and mix steps. Add the YouTube upload step if you want publishing in the same run, then inspect the graph, selected files and cost breakdown before Run Flow.

Review before the upload

  1. Check that each audio, video and visual asset is the intended version and that you have permission to combine and publish it.
  2. Review the running order, output format and any requested lyrics. A compilation is only as accurate as its selected source material.
  3. Choose the connected YouTube channel, title, description and visibility. Review generated metadata if you add a metadata step.
  4. Check credits for rendering and publishing, run the configured flow and inspect the result. Use a private or unlisted upload when that is appropriate for your review process.

How the Catalogue Engine fits

For eligible accounts, Catalogue Engine recommendations can identify compilation opportunities. Once you approve a recommendation, the Production workspace helps resolve the source assets and open a creation workflow. The engine recommends; ArmaTune flows render and publish the selected material.

You can also build a mix manually without a recommendation. See catalogue monetization workflows and plan and credit details.

Publishing is not a monetization guarantee

YouTube decides monetization eligibility under its current policies. You need the necessary rights, appropriate channel eligibility and compliant content. An upload, compilation or revenue estimate does not guarantee ad revenue or resolve Content ID claims.

The catalogue revenue estimator provides estimates rather than measured account earnings. Use your own channel analytics to evaluate actual performance after publishing.

Frequently
asked.

Does ArmaTune create new music for the mix?

No. These workflows assemble existing audio and visual assets you select. You remain responsible for the rights to those assets and the resulting publication.

Can I make a video mix from audio files alone?

Use Audio Compilation with the audio tracks and exactly one image or video visual source. Video Mix is the path for combining existing video files.

Will the Catalogue Engine render and upload an approved recommendation by itself?

No. Approved recommendations enter a production handoff. Resolve the source files, review the resulting ArmaTune workflow and run the creation and publishing steps.
