Prepare once. Publish to connected accounts.

ArmaTune supports publishing to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, with Google Drive as a source for selected media. Each destination still has its own permissions, formats and publishing requirements.

Supported connections

  • YouTube: upload videos to a connected channel and choose publishing metadata and visibility. Analytics access and upload access are different permissions; reconnect if the app requests additional access.
  • TikTok: prepare video posts for a connected account. Direct publishing includes a consent step for the caption, privacy and interaction settings supported by that account. Available duration and privacy options depend on TikTok.
  • Instagram: publish supported content through an authorized Instagram connection. Available post types and media requirements depend on the account and Instagram API permissions.
  • Facebook: publish supported photos, videos and Reels to connected Facebook Pages. A personal profile is not a Facebook Page publishing destination.
  • Google Drive: select files you authorize ArmaTune to access as inputs for supported workflows. Drive is a media source, rather than a social publishing destination. The dedicated Lyric Video step requires a library file; import the source into My Files first.

Connect and verify before a release

  1. Open Socials in your dashboard and connect the destination accounts you want to use. Grant the requested permissions and check the displayed account or channel.
  2. Review connection health. Expired tokens or missing permissions can require reconnection before a scheduled or immediate upload succeeds.
  3. Prepare an asset and select the destination, format and account. Review the preview, metadata, visibility and any required platform consent before publishing.
  4. Check the publishing result or Scheduled Posts status. A connected account does not override platform rejection, rights restrictions or media limits.

Frequently
asked.

Can ArmaTune distribute my release to Spotify or Apple Music?

No. The publishing destinations described here are social and video platforms. Keep a music distributor for delivery to streaming services.

Can I connect several accounts on the same platform?

Account limits depend on your plan. The Socials screen shows the connection limit and prompts you to disconnect an account or upgrade when it is reached. Check the pricing cards for plan details.

Will every platform receive the same file and caption?

You can prepare versions for each destination and review their settings. Platforms differ in aspect ratio, duration, post types, privacy and caption requirements, so confirm each output rather than assuming identical settings.

Do I need permission to publish the source music?

Yes. You must have the necessary rights to the music, visuals and lyrics. Connecting an account or importing a file does not grant those rights or guarantee that a platform will monetize the content.
